Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Replacement Requests
- Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery for food and grocery items only.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for canceled orders due to product unavailability.
- If there are any technical issues with the order, delivery, or refund process, we will provide the necessary assistance promptly once the issue is resolved.
Returns
- Customers are responsible for all transportation and courier charges associated with returns.
Requirements for a Valid Return
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice) is required.
- If any items are missing or damaged, please return the package immediately to the delivery agent. Once the package is accepted, we cannot process claims for missing, incorrect, or defective items.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- Incorrect product delivered
- Defective product delivered
- Missing parts
- Inaccurate product description on the website
Non-returnable Products
- Products once received by the customer cannot be returned. Customers are encouraged to check products upon delivery.
- Items that cannot be returned include:
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie
- Skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes
- Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs, and combs
- Consumables, including cigars and beverages
Installation Service Terms
- For products requiring installation, the service will be provided within 3 working days from the day of receiving the product. Once received, products cannot be returned.
Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability
- Delivery is subject to product availability at our vendor’s warehouse. We may cancel orders within 4 to 25 working days if the item is temporarily unavailable.
- If the customer agrees to wait, the order may remain in processing for up to 30 days.
- If a customer has made an advance payment and the order is canceled, a full refund will be processed within 1-10 working days. Any cashback received will be adjusted with the refund amount.
- If a customer cancels an order after making an online payment, a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Conditions Where Return/Replacement May Not Apply
- Damages resulting from misuse or incidental damage due to product malfunction
- Consumable items that have been used or installed
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and freebies associated with clothing
- Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers
- Any product without all original packaging and accessories
Important Notes
- The replacement of the product is subject to availability.
- Claims for grocery or food products cannot be made after 24 hours of delivery.
Same/Next Day Delivery
- Applicable only for selected vendors’ deliveries within Dhaka city.
- Orders confirmed before 10:00 am may qualify for same/next-day delivery.
- Only products stored at our office are eligible for same/next-day delivery.
- Order processing will commence once it has been confirmed by our Customer Service team.
- Sundorika.com reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
- Customers may request to cancel an order if they disagree with the same/next-day delivery terms and conditions.
